Please allow 6-10 business days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks.

Orders that contain more than one item are assigned processing times for each item.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and the storage. The levels of stock can change at any time. Be aware that it is possible that your order could be out of stock after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you haven't received your product within 30 days, we're unable to offer either a return or exchange.
You can only return an item when it's unopened and in the same condition as when you first received it. The item should be in its original packaging.
